Fathers Resource and Networking Community Offerings

What do we do? FRANC Services include the Champion Dads Experience, individual support, and ongoing fun activities for you and your family.

Our workshop series, called Champion Dads, is designed to support fathers at every stage of their children's life. Fatherhood Coaches host an experience filled with interactive materials focused on parenting, relationships, and finances. In addition, our vocational specialist provides career and job-advancement topics to help fathers build skills, explore opportunities, and move forward in their careers. 

When you join us, you'll be paired with a Fatherhood Champion who will work with you and your family every step of the way. Together, you'll create a plan that fits your goals, connects you to the right resources, and makes you the best dad you can be. 

A FRANC vocational specialist is also here to help you build job skills, explore career opportunities, and take steps toward a stronger future for you and your family.

This opportunity is free of cost to you, due to a funding opportunity. Fathers with children under the age of 24 can join us.   These services are supported by Grant #90ZJ0084 from ACF. Its content are solely the responsibility of Champions for Children and do not necessarily represent the official views of ACF.

Your time is important, and we value it. When you connect with FRANC, you’re committing to about 24 hours of high-quality workshop content focused on the skills fathers use to thrive. The workshops are delivered over several weeks, with flexible scheduling options designed to respect your time and responsibilities.

FRANC's offering are available to all fathers and father figures—including married, single, divorced, foster, expectant, surrogate, and mentors. 

There are opportunities to join us every month. Some meet in the morning, others in the afternoon or evening. Depending on the workshop, sessions may be held once or twice per week. When you register, be sure to let us know your preferred schedule so we can match you with the best workshop cohort for you. 

Champions Dads is available to fathers from Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco and Manatee Counties, FL.

FRANC serves as a dedicated hub for services specifically focused on fatherhood, including resource navigation, our Champion Dads Fatherhood workshops, community events, and more. FRANC services are for all fathers and father figures — married, single, divorced, foster, surrogate, expectant, and mentors.
