What We Do
In the United States, 1 in 7 children will suffer from abuse or neglect at some point, leading to lifelong negative outcomes – but it doesn’t have to be this way. Champions for Children is a nationally accredited agency preventing child abuse and neglect by:
- Helping pregnant women prepare for childbirth and care for a newborn
- Giving parents and caregivers the confidence and knowledge they need to provide a healthy home environment
- Ensuring children hit key milestones in their learning and development
