Congratulations, Sinziana Bularca

Congratulations to Sinziana Bularca, who was recently named Chapter Chair of the Infant Mental Health (IMH) Committee. IMH is an initiative of the Early Childhood Council of Hillsborough County. She has served on the chapter board for more than 15 years and was elected as co-chair two years ago. Her transition into the chair role marks a milestone in her longstanding commitment to the welfare of children and families in the Tampa Bay area.

Sinziana says we all have a part to play in supporting families and providers as they support infant mental health.

“I love this work because it shows how we can all make a difference in the lives of families,” she says.

Sinziana also serves as the director of Champion for Children’s Parenting Services, including the FRANC program, which provides education and support for fathers and father figures in the Tampa Bay area. She says that the true relationship building across all fields of expertise is required to strengthen the work of infant mental health in our community. To her, Champions’ work contributes to this piece as bridge-builder to better serve families.

Sinziana believes that uniting to support the parents’ mental health will assure that children and communities remain stronger for the future. She encourages others to think about how they can support the families and children in the Tampa Bay area.
